To deliver on the Project Vision we are investing in the ongoing  development of our leaders.  

On the following pages there are statements describing the critical leadership behaviours required of Phoenix leaders on this Project.  Please read each of the statements carefully and make an assessment of the person's performance by providing honest, constructive responses using the 6 point scale described later in this form.

There are no right or wrong answers and remember you have been invited to be a feedback respondent because this person values what you have to say about what they do well and how they can improve. Unless you are the person's manager, all responses are confidential. Following the administration of this survey, the results will be shared with the person concerned.
