Introduction
The quality of leadership inside our organisation has a significant impact on people's quality of life at work. Our leaders are responsible for creating & nuturing an environment where we deliver on our outcomes in ways that leave us all feeling valued & cared for. We therefore thank you for your investment in this individual's ongoing understanding & development around the way they provide leadership to others.
On the following pages there are statements describing critical leadership behaviours. Please read each of the statements carefully and make an honest assessment of the person's performance. There are no right or wrong answers, you have been chosen as a respondent because this person really values your feedback.
You will have the opportunity to rate the person's behaviour using a 6 point scale - please try to avoid using only one part of the scale (i.e. all 5's). Instead please use the scale to differentiate the things the person does well and where they can improve. You will also be asked for written feedback, we know this takes a little longer so thank you for the investment you are making - individuals always find this feedback most revealing and helpful.
