To deliver on GEA's vision, we are investing in our people. This is a critical journey for us all and we need your help. We want to lift the quality of leadership across the board inside GEA and as you are currently on the receiving end of this leadership service, you are a really critical part of the process. We need to motivate all our leaders to step up to the challenge of both building on their strengths and at the same time focusing on doing things better and differently as we move forward.

We have launched the EMPOWERS leadership initiative designed to grow the competence and confidence of GEA's leaders. This model describes the critical leadership behaviours leaders need to demonstrate under each of the above EMPOWERS competencies. Please read each of the statements carefully and make an assessment of the person's performance by providing honest, constructive responses using the 6-point scale described later in this form.

There are no right or wrong answers and remember you have been chosen as a feedback respondent because this person is interested in what you have to say. We ask that you work hard at delivering a constructive message to your leader through this process (no unbalanced feedback, i.e. ALL good or ALL bad) as the reality is, this will play a large role in how motivated they are left feeling to put in the hard yards to step out of their comfort zone and provide a better leadership service to us all.
