To deliver on the Project Vision we are investing in the ongoing development of our leaders. We have developed the INSPIRE leadership model to grow the competence and confidence of leaders in displaying the selected leadership competencies.
On the following pages there are statements describing critical leadership behaviours the Project needs leaders to demonstrate under each of the competencies. Please read each of the statements carefully and make an assessment of the person's performance by providing honest, constructive responses using the 6 point scale described later in this form.
There are no right or wrong answers and remember you have been invited to be a feedback respondent because this person values what you have to say. Following the administration of this survey, the results will be shared with the person concerned.
